Princess Cruises is known for hosting a variety of fantastic guest speakers on many of their cruises, ranging from authors and historians to chefs and celebrities. The specific guest speakers vary depending on the itinerary and time of year, but for Sky Princess’ 2023 season, the line-up is one of the most impressive we’ve ever seen!

The line-up of celebrity speakers and guest entertainers for this summer’s cruises on Sky Princess includes household names from across the world of TV, entertainment, and sport. This is the sixth Encounters with Discovery™ at SEA speaker programme that Princess Cruises has hosted on one of their UK-based ships, in partnership with Discovery Channel.

  • Grant Harrold – joining Sky Princess for the King’s Coronation, Grant is a former British Royal Household member and a leading etiquette expert, royal commentator, entertainer, and broadcaster. Onboard a 7-night Spain and France cruise departing 6 May 2023 on Sky Princess.
  • Warwick Davis – famous British actor known for his roles in Ewok Wicket in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi and Professor Flitwick in the Harry Potter films. Onboard a 14-night Iceland and Norway cruise departing on 13 May 2023 on Sky Princess.
  • Andy Wyatt – Red Arrows display pilot and Royal Air Force pilot, Wyatt’s skills in teamwork, leadership and planning make him a popular motivational speaker. Onboard a 14-night Baltic Heritage cruise departing 8 July 2023 on Sky Princess with stops in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Denmark and Norway.
  • Dame Kelly Holmes MBE – British icon and double gold medal winner at the 2004 Athens Olympics Game. Onboard a 7-night Scandinavia cruise departing 22 July 2023 on Sky Princess with stops in Denmark and Norway.
  • Dwain Chambers – British track sprinter and one of the fastest European sprinters in the history of athletics. Onboard a 7-night Norwegian Fjords cruise departing 12 August 2023 on Sky Princess.
  • Simon Weston – Former member of the Welsh Guards, known for his charity work and recovery from severe burn injuries suffered during the Falklands War. Onboard a 14-night Land of the Midnight Sun cruise departing 19 August 2023 on Sky Princess.

Sky Princess elevates the distinctive, contemporary design and luxurious attractions of the lines’ renowned Royal-class ships to even loftier heights. You can look forward to a variety of exciting entertainment venues, new dining choices and award-winning chef partnerships, as well as more staterooms than ever to relax in.

She can accommodate up to 3,660 guests and has a crew of around 1,346. Her amenities include multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, a fitness centre, a spa, a casino, a theatre, and a variety of dining and entertainment options.

A total of 1,830 staterooms, including balcony, interior, oceanview, and suite options, allow for all budgets. And her special suites, including the Sky Suite, which features a large balcony and 270-degree views, and the two-story Sky Suite with a private balcony and whirlpool, are ready for those looking to splash out!

Dining options include traditional dining in the main dining room, specialty restaurants such as Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria and Crown Grill, and casual options like the World Fresh Marketplace and Alfredo’s Pizzeria.
