A closer look at Costa Venezia

She’s one of the newest in the Costa Cruises fleet and we’re sure she will be a big hit with her European guests. Stylish, modern, and bursting with Italian charm, Costa Venezia is a ship that offers something for everyone, as well as some amazing destinations!

Given her expected popularity and the fact we think she’s a rather splendid vessel, we wanted to take a closer look at Costa Venezia and showcase some of the things you can expect to see and do during your time onboard.

When dining in one of the ship’s several restaurants, you can expect to find a wide variety of cuisine options, including Sushino at Costa, the line’s first-ever sushi offering. There’s also a steak restaurant, burger bar, gelateria and much more – deciding what to have will be the hardest part.

Costa Venezia – what’s onboard?

She was built in Italy by the world-renowned Fincantieri shipyard and offers 2,116 staterooms, from inside to suite. Her design is a nod toward the city of Venice and she’s oozing Italian flare and charm at every turn.

Onboard, you’ll find 13 restaurants, 4 swimming pools and hot tubs, 7 bars and lounges, La Laguna Aqua Park, Solemio Spa, Rope Garden Adventure Park, mini-golf, dedicated kids’ facilities, and areas, and so much more. On

e of her most impressive aspects is the Piazza San Marco, the social hub of the ship and one of the most beautiful at sea. The Atrium Bar is popular with guests who simply want to relax and enjoy people watching. Lounge Delle Stelle is one of our favourite onboard areas, but don’t tell everyone! Here, you can enjoy stunning ocean views and the breeze of fresh sea air as you watch the sun set on the horizon. This area is exclusive, though, so to enjoy it, you must be booked in a Delle Stelle Suite to access it – or by private invitation.

In short, Costa Venezia is a ship built to charm her guests and leave you wanting more. You certainly won’t be disappointed, her attentive crew will ensure that, and if travelling with young children, you can still enjoy adult aspects while they let off steam in the kids’ clubs.
